Low fat diet 5g fat or under, fruit veg and grill the fat outta it all! Surgery is fine in out straight away! You have had an organ ripped outta you so there is going to b some sort of pain there it’s expected, its fine 3 weeks after I was back to normal just gotta make sure u bathe the wounds regular I worried over it was nothing to it trusr me dealing with gallstones is nothing Compared to the surgery x
