I'm 37 year old male. Its almost been 10 years since i suffer with stomach bloating, burping and belching. Intially it started with acid reflux when ever i had fatty/oily/ heavy foods may occur every 3 or 6 months.however it slowly progressed to a point where every meal is an issue now. I cant eat any fatty/oily or protein foods or food with high fiber like greens, zuccini, etc. I have to burp continusly after eating for hours. I'm really at a point where i'm not sure what to eat to stop the burping.
diagnosis:
1. gastritis confirmed by endoscopy in 2007
2. non working gallbladder confirmed by hida scan in 2011
3. gallstones confirmed by ultrasound in 2017
4. barrets esophagus without dysplasia confirmed by endoscopy and biopsy in 2017
Also in these 10 years what i have learned is, a bad stomach brings lot of other issues. when my stomach is bloated and i get burps, i get other symptoms mentioned below.
dizziness occurs
chronic fatigue/tired ness
headache , confusion and difficult to concentrate
getting anxiety when going to places with more crowds.
blurry eyes and migraines
i also met a friend who is a cardiologist, he mentioned when the stomach swells, the vagus nerves becomes very sensitive and it gives the above additional symptoms.
doctors want to remove my gb as its not working and contains gallstones, but i dont have any pain if i stick to less fatty/oily foods. Surgeon feels all my stomach issues wont be resolved after removing it as i also have gastritis. So i did not remove my gallbladder yet.
I see many who removed their gallbladder suffering with these symptoms, however i'm having all the symptoms with the gallbladder.
I really like to know which is causing the problem, is that a gall bladder or gastritis.
i really appreciate if any one has the same issues and did they find any solution or not
