Does anyone have gallbladder Polyps and if so what are your symptoms.

hi. i had an ultrasound that showed a gallbladder polyp. i ended up having my gallbladder removed. there was no polyp. it was gallbladder sludge. ick. my surgeon said the vast majority of the time, there actually isnt a polyp, that it could be sludge or a fod in the wall etc… how did they diagnose it?
ultrasound lol. on a serious note im very stressed about it. i had cancer two years ago and ever since i have had this issue. i feel the chemo has messed up my gallbladder.
