hi I am awaiting surgery since august I’ve had really bad gallstone pain nearly everyday unsure weather to see gp about it or will they do anything thanks
avoid fatty foods, eat small portions. eat lots of green vegetables, red beets, dandelion greens, drink organic dandelion and milk thistle tea from a reputable brand, drink lemon water, stay away from dairy, sugar, eggs and all grains as they cause inflamation, take a digestive enzyme with ox bile and take it everytime you eat protein/fatty foods that includes almond milk. eat green apples too.
oh, stay away from pork too, too fatty and it is a culprit to start pain attack.
hope this helps you and that you feel better soon
Definitely go see your GP! They may be able to see if you can be seen quicker. If you don’t make them aware of how much pain you’re in then they’ll think everything is fine. Or they may be able to sort out some decent pain relief to keep you going. Don’t suffer in silence!! Also i found buscopan helped a bit with the pain. I was at the GP constantly for pain relief and ended up with gallbladder out quicker as had so many issues xx

Im the same, waiting since august and occasionally get some annoying pain etc. My way round this is to avoid all fatty foods and especially red meat. Ive been drinking a spoonful of apple cider vinegar daily mixed in a glass of water as well as eating beetroots every day. Maybe my mind but those 2 things together with a healthy diet really do keep the negative symptoms away
