Gallstones and Intrahepatic biliary duct dialation

I’m super worried that my “Mild Intrahepatic biliary ductal dilation” could be serious. I have gallstones and set to have gallbladder removal. I had to do an MRI before the surgery since I aslo have mild common bile duct dialation. The MRI results shows that I have Mild intrahepatic biliary duct dilation also, and wondering how this is related to have gallstones, or is it worse?

Has anyone had this before also and how did they treat it?

I had this issue and have since had my gallbladder removed. A gallstone was stuck in the duct and causing pain and vomiting.
