Gallstones, GERD, and back pain HELP!

This will probably be long, sorry in advance!

I have had gallstones for years now. I had an endoscopy and was told my gallbladder is pretty much filled with tiny gallstones. My esophagus is pretty damaged. It was recommended to have my gallbladder removed or change my diet. Doctors gave me a higher dose of esomeprazole. My diet before wasn’t all that healthy. I loved wings, steak, coffee, bar food, tacos, and lots of spicy stuff. I found out I am allergic to dairy from all of the testing doctors did, but that doesn’t seem to effect me unless I just have too much. I’ve always been a soy milk person anyway.

It all started with stomach pain. My stomach felt like it was on fire all of the time. I didn’t necessarily have heartburn, my stomach just felt like someone put a golf ball inside drenched in gasoline and lit it on fire. At that time I was about 160 pounds.

Over time the pain in my stomach stopped and I began to have upper back pain. When I have a “flare up” I feel it in my upper/mid back and left shoulder. Bowel movements became difficult and now have caused hemorrhoid’s that don’t seem to go away and make BM even worse. I constantly feel nauseas and eat maybe once a day. Sometimes I go days without eating because I have no appetite or feel sick. I throw up very often. After eating I feel food stuck in my throat. I spit up a lot of foam and food stuck in my throat, I call those baby barfs. All of this has made me lose weight, I now weigh 115 pounds on a good day. At one point I was down to 108-110. I have tried diets and no matter what I eat I feel sick. I can’t even enjoy an alcoholic beverage here and there anymore because I automatically start regurgitating food or liquid and feel the burning/nausea.

I really just want to be able to enjoy my life again. I feel like this has taken over my life. I don’t like to go out and do things because I just feel like crap or I know it’s coming. I can tell that sometimes people won’t even invite me because they know I will most likely leave early because I feel like crap. I want to be able to enjoy food and also gain some weight back.

I don’t want my gallbladder removed because once it’s gone, it’s gone and many people I know who have had it removed still have issues. I’ve been thinking about a gallbladder cleanse, but fear it may go wrong and a gallstone will get stuck. I am hoping someone out there has some suggestions on how I can naturally clean my gallbladder, get back to my regular life living with this or maybe it’s something else? Any help/suggestions/information is appreciated.
