hi I’ve got gallstones but my surgeon said gallstone pain does not spread to the left side I’ve got really bad pain to under rips on left side and moves up my back the only scan I’ve not had is a ct scan on my adonaman… has anyone else had this experience.. been given tramadol but not worked need to go back to my gp again
Hello there. 1st tramadol is not a good pain reliever at all, you need a stronger one. Gallstone pain does go to left side also. And can cause pain anywhere in the stomach or intestines. It basically throws your whole digestive out of wack. You need a CT scan of gallbladder and all ducts to check for stones. Some do get lodged and causes a lot of pain. ah right has my surgeon said that gallstone pain doesn’t radiate to that said I am booking an appointment today that could suggest why I am in pain could be the gallstones radiating then thanks for your help
