Hi just been diag with galstones walls fine and not inflamed
Only had 2 lots of pain in 3 month but i just broke my

Reduction (screws and pins)
Seems to me that the fall has brought this atac on and
3 days down line i cant clear pain hospital given me pain killers (tramadol)
And anti by otics to stop it becoming inflamed
Told me to eat low fat diet till i can see specialist
About removing gallbladder. But as i am no weiight bearing on my
Foot for 8 weeks and on crutches i cant move round much
Does moving around help relive pain? Just need to know best way of dealing

2 x Tramdol plus 2 x Soluble Paracetamol is bliss That should knock the GB pain on the head within 10 minutes Definitely get on the very very low fat diet

Yes a low fat diet is really beneficial, fat makes your GB contract and spasm, so no (or very very little) fat means less painful contractions and spasms The belly button thing is called an Umbilical Hernia, it's not immediately harmful
