From time to time I feel gas bubbles escaping my anus without my control. many times people smell it. I went to many doctors and they just nudge their heads.
Try kefir yoghurt drinks every day, they really can help with gas.
Simethicone anti-gas tablets will help. No Rx needed.
I am not sure of your age, but as we get older the muscles of the anus like all muscles weaken and gas can escape easily, The charcoal capsules can make it so it doesn’t smell so bad, but if you take any kind of medications ask the pharmacist how to take it properly spaced apart as the charcoal will adsorb not only the gas but also your medications.
