can anyone help me please i had a small gastric ulcer last year and now its healed. prior to finding out about the ulcer, i was suffering with bad bloating, burning feeling, feeling full , no appetite, and a stitch like pain on my right hand side below my rib, but not directly underneath the rib area. i have always suffered with constipation, and this got slightly worse and at times my stools were a paler brown in colour. ( had a scan for gallbladder , no stones) i lived on rennies and gaviscon, and it got worse in the evening. i had an endoscopy,which showed i had an ulcer and gastritis. i was taking 40 mg of omprozole for nearly a year. the whole time i took this i still had the awful pains in my stomach, which always started about 2 hours after i ate. followed by lots of noises and gurgles in my stomach. i have been tested for h pylori , 3 times, as the first 2 times i was on medication and ,i read that this can cause a false reading. the last test was a stool test and it was negative! which i was surprised as most of my symptoms sound like it. its been nearly 18 months and i still have the symptoms, which have improved , but i do still wake up sometimes with pain. my doctor has run out of answers, and just want it to go away. i am worried i will get another ulcer.! has any one else had gastrities like this ?? or sounds sim to something else thank you
Try oats every morning with organic oat milk. This resolved my gastritis within 2 weeks.
Did your ulcer heal it is still there?
