hello folks, had a colonoscopy last week, after the procedure the doc says I removed 3 polyps. I obtained the pathology report and it says only 2 polyps submitted. Now what? The Dr had his nurse call me and say it was only 2. I have the 3 pictures he gave me after the procedure, and he says the 3rd picture is a different angle of one of the polyps. grrrrrr
i think they remove all polls and leave one for further testing down the road when a 2 or 3 year review to monitor any changes assuming its benign in the first test.
