Would some describe the temple pain. Have PMR, woke this morning with a dull pain over right eye, just above temple. Will call my rhuematogist this am. The pain of GCA or what to look for hasn't been explained. Thanks

Have you any jaw pain when chewing, scalp pain? There is no really typical description of the pain, especially at the start, as it can develop slowly and jsut creep up on you or it can just be there all of a sudden. Some doctors say patients would describe it as the worst headache they've ever had - patients don't always say that though.

Thanks will read leaflet. No jaw pain, my blood pressure went, slightly increased dosage. I have few headaches so it's hard to describe.
