hi hi I have a huge problem and I really need some advice or a listening ear or something. I am about to sign a 12-month lease with an apartmentand I thought it was really great because there is a lake that wraps around it. But after already give you my deposit and sign the lease I then walk the grounds and I see ducks and geese everywhere around the lake. and there is geese poop everywhere on the grass where I need to walk my dog everyday. I already have extreme high health anxiety and this definitely takes the cake and I was so happy to move and now I’m just dreading it to almost be in tears. just worried that my dog is going to try to eat it or he’s going to track it in the house I’m just out of lost for words and about to lose my mind and would really appreciate someone talking to me.
you can always ask to cancel the lease. I have done that in the past and have gotten out of it. You might lose your deposit, but I got mine back . if you are that upset over the conditions it’s worth finding another place .
