Hey guys so I’m a 19 year old girl I was just diagnosed with Herpes almost two weeks ago and went through my first outbreak and it was ■■■■!!! Couldn’t pee, walk, wear panties or even sit properly. I kept ice packs between my legs and cried while I took my antivirals. Anyways the outbreak cleared up I can pee again and pretty much get back to my regular life. My problem is I developed sores in my vagina canal to during my outbreak most of them have popped and went away but I still have a few healing bumps and sex is uncomfortable!! How do I make the bumps on the inside clear up!!
2 weeks might be not a satisfactory period for herpes to go completely. Mostly these bumps means you still have scabs. Sex is danger for your partner in this stage even if condom used. Avoid sex till all go.
As much as I know it sucks, I would avoid sex until you are completely healed. Sex can make it a lot worse.
Avoid sex for a couple weeks to help yourself heal and so you don't reopen anything
