I don’t know for sure if its genital herpes or some other infection. I’ve had these rash or whatever you call them since as long as I can remember. its only on the foreskin though. please help me out.

nothing to worry about mate, these are common. they are are a result of excessive oil production by sebaceous glands. there is no way to get rid of them.

then can circumcision help get rid of them because I don’t want these on me anymore
if the part of skin they are present on gets cut then yes it is possible. btw circumcision will decrease your penis sensitivity
