I had a hsv 1 and 2 igg test 3 weeks from last exposure it was protected intercourse and unprotected oral he did have 2 suspicious ulcer looking bumps near head of penis and a group of small bumps on shaft I noticed after. My hsv 1 was 39.5 and hsv 2 was 1.29 waiting on new igm test. 3 days after exposure had flu like symptoms headache, very sore throat, low grade fever, body aches, swollen lymph nodes a week after that had a single lump on bikini line which my doctor thought was an ingrown hair no swab. It was painful to touch eventually broke open light yellow pus and blood is mostly healed. Then had some pelvic pressure, slight burning in the vagina, pap internal exam etc doctor felt nothing. Pap was normal. Since my hsv 1 was so high and I’ve had that at least for the past 4 years as I had the igg test done in 2014 hsv 1 5.00 and hsv 2 under 0.9 negative. Could the new hsv 2 igg of 1.29 be from the exposure 3.5 weeks Ago? or does having antibodies to hsv 1 delay seroconversion and I could of had hsv 2 prior since my negative 2014 test? Currently menstrating and having tingling slight itch under the vaginal lip no outbreaks I can see. And do outbreaks typically appear at the site of infection? Thank you

A heavy achy feeling
where are you feeling these body aches and how does it feel like? very painful where you can't move? vagina pain? and are you having like muscle pain ?
I had flu like symptoms that started first, low fever, swollen lymph nodes, extremely fatigued, heavy aching muscles all over. Generally run down and unwell started 4 days after intercourse, after that had one lump thought it was an ingrown hair on my bikini line never had it swabbed, then noticed pelvic pressure thought I had uti did not. Had hsv 1 and 2 igg test high hsv 1 and low hsv 2 doctor also order igm still waiting. Recently had crawling burning itchy feeling in vagina no outbreaks at all but doctor put me on valtrex no more strange sensations down there. Not sure if I had a false positive or not waiting on igm will repeat igg in another month to see if it’s gone up.
