I’ve been itchy on my groin for a few weeks now but never any bumps or pimple like sores by recently I’ve had unprotected set with my girlfriend the last 3days and now I’ve discovered that I have “pimples” on my groin and on some parts of my balls and shaft. I’m worried but so far they don’t look like anything I’ve seen on google images. I might also add my girlfriend has only had sex with one other guy and he used a condom.

It’s important before committing in to a sexual relationship for both people to go through a full screen std testing. Some places don’t do herpes because they’re too common and unless you’re going through an outbreak they don’t test you unless you request it. But regarding your information regarding your gf using condoms with the person. It’s important to know that even when using condoms you can still contract herpes because condoms don’t cover all the area of the genitalia and being exposed to someone’s body that carry the infection can pass it through skin to skin contact. With that said you could be just dealing with acne or folliculities. Unless you have a cluster of things that are filled with clear liquid then I would think it would be herpes.
