The first two photos are the most noticeable places. Basically from the bottom. They don’t itch nor hurt. BUT I AM CONCERNED ON IT DUE TO THE APPEARANCE. What do you guys think? Herpes or Fordyce Spots? The last one is the front/top and it is basically clear. PLEASE HELP.
i dont believe that is herpes. i believe fordyce spots, do you notice any hair coming from any of them? some hairs are very hard to see, but if u look close enough, u will see small white hair

Mine started as spots as well then turned into lesions. Hopefully that’s not the case.
