ive noticed this bump on my vagina, and smaller discolored bumps … does anyone know if this is herpes or warts?

From experience warts do not present as such, they are more clustered and look like cauliflower (if that makes sense), I have had what you have and the Dr said its a cyst that will go down in time if you leave it alone.
I dont think this is warts.
