I noticed some burning when I urinated, and have noticed these sore like things. THERE IS NO ITCHING but they do burn when I use the restroom. The sores are on the inner vagina lips and very tender to the touch. They never have scabbed over just kinda go away after a few days.. Thoughts. ??

Mine were never blisters and never crusted over and never itched! I was convinced it wasn't herpes but went to the doctor and got a swab test. It came back positive with herpes type 1, I've j my had one outbreak and they appeared as little open lesions almost and then just went away when I used a cream on them
