I had a full std screening about a month ago because I was exposed to someone with HSV1 a few months prior I noticed that my foreskin and penis were inflamed i got the results and everything was negative was told it was balantis but I’m having the issue again and now there’s bumps Is this genital herpes?

more info, does it sting on the sores when you pee? any other symptoms??
