Long story short, I am only 16 and did something with a boy last year that caused me to catch genital herpes. I’ve only had 3 flare ups and in all fairness, none have been as bad as my first. However, this time...I’m in agony.
I need to go to school tomorrow and get on with day to day life but all weekend I haven’t slept one bit. I can go get my meds tomorrow after school but what else can I do to soothe the pain. What can I apply to the sores?

So sorry you are going through this! Have you tried Epsom salt baths this should help smooth and help clean the area. Also ice packs wrapped in towels. I really hope it heals quickly! Good luck
Hi chick, it's not nice at all is it, I'm 24 and found out I had it in Jan.
On my first break out I was in agony that I had to take 3 days off work, but after having enough and going to the out of hours they gave me a cream that would numb the area, it allowed me too wee without screaming and actually move.
Don't use the Epsom salts if your blisters are open, it could irritate them and make worse xox
