No, U r not by ur self on this one either. I do the same thing. But the cooler u can stay at nite the better-wearing a sleep dress helps too. Ice pack wrapped in clothes can be helpful as well. Hope this helps.
I already get hot flashes at the age of 30 due to another condition I already have. It could go along with the flu like symptoms.
