One day I noticed 3 red painless open sores that were grouped together on my penile shaft. They didn’t itch or were painful at all. They scabed over and disappeared in 48 hours. I’ve never had a outbreak before and was sexually active a week prior. Could that be Herpes? The sores had a clear coat over them and weren’t wet. They were like lamented painless sores
