not burning just extremely itch no pus discharge just a tad bit of blood when scratched. been here for more than 4 weeks

Wont be herpes , It wouldnt be there for tht long if it was , looks like skin irritation or a bacterial infection get checked
It looks like irritation. Could be from panties or change in detergent. Are you wearing cotton underwear? Also dont use fragrance soaps down there. I do notice a lot of discharge so you may want to check in with dr for any yeast/ BV infections. Wish you the best.
