can somebody please look at my photo and help so i have had whatever this is on my penis for about 4 weeks it doesnt itch , its not painful, nor did it ever ooze or bleed i do touch it alot and probably irritate it some more. Any thoughts ?

if u mean the white spots they could be fordyce spots which are benign they could also be other things what i suggest u do is a see a doctor to double check
