Genital Herpes??

No pain or itching, its a hard spot thats been there a few days.
I had something similar a few months ago at the base of my penis
No sexual encounters in 8 months
Been tested for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, hiv and syphilis- all negative

still worried this could be herpes, can someone put my mind to rest

it is not herpes based on what you mention so no need to worry where that is concerned.

looks like Molluscum contagiosum
