Genital (Penis) Infection (i am traveling, help !)

Hi, i had sex relations some days ago with a girl. Only vaginal, i used a condom but before that i touched some outside areas of her vagina with my penis.

So, two days after when i was urinating i felt a little pain, but only that time.

At the other day or maybe in one day and a half i discovered some spots in my penis, i attach the photo here:

Please, i need to know what do i have asap because i am traveling outside my country and right now because of where i am it is complicated to get a doctor ...

I have some meds against herpes and hongos like aciclovir for example.

Oohh... Mike, I am so sorry. Obviously are opinions on here can not be a sure diagnosis as an actual test, but that does look like herpes based on what I've seen and what I've had myself.

There's not much else you can do, other than take that medication, which is the same as the doctor would do for you. If you're experiencing any discomfort and have the ability to use a bath, soak in one at night w Epsom salt. Right now, boosting your immune system is very important. Take high doses of vitamin C,B's, A, E, calcium, zinc and a probiotic w live culture, as 70% of our immune system is in our gut.

Hey man ! thanks for your assitance ! no pain so far, and the pimples are disappearing. I am using aciclovir cream !
