I'm in a need of help for my genital problem. I have visited many doctors since the last month. (I am a male)
Background: 4 months ago. After having sex with a new partner. I felt immidiate itchyness on my penis but i thought it came from stimuli. After couple days i felt little pain, difficulty to urinate and i saw redness around the end of the uretha on the tip of the glans. Which wasn't normal and I haven't had that redness ever before.
We thought it was UTI and a doctor also. I took some UTI medicine to treat that. It kinda got better but still felt weird and not normal. From then it was on and off with itchyness nothing else. She convinced me that she is clear and she said it's maybe from the heat. I kinda ignored it for a while.
Girl's background is recently in a 5 year relationship and after that she claims she haven't had sex with anyone before me. Her ex and her have gotten tested couple times a year while in realationship. All negative in the UK they test HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea and im not sure about herpes, but mycoplasma is not tested.
2 months ago while traveling i got discharge, redness around the uretha and more and more itchyness. So i went to see a specialist he said we cannot know what it is and tests doesn't help. He said take these antibiotics for a week: glevo 500mg, ixime 400mg, 2x day doxymicin 100mg.
So i took. Discharge stopped on day two but after the one week i wasn't sure if it was healed. I felt good didn't feel any itchyness or anything there was only redness which seemed to get better day by day.
The girl took doxycycline for 1 week even tho she says she doesn't feel any symptoms.
One thing where I think I messed up was that we both finished antibiotics but I didn't know that you should wait one week after that so we had unprotected sex and after that all the symptoms came back "slowly" only for me not anything for the girl. Btw she only took doxycycline and not the other two antibiotics i took.
Present symptoms: Recently started having transpatent discharge(very fluidy not sticky totally transparent), sometimes chills when the discharge starts coming, red spot on the tip of the glans(the left side of the uretha pipe there is elevation in the skin that resembles a pimple, right side is healthy) got itchyness which wouldn't stop and went to the doctor again.
Swabs from discharge: negative herpes etc.
After that the doctor recommended to go bigger hospital they took all the tests again and nothing currently we are waiting for the blood test results about herpes.
What have i tried:
• Took doxycycline for 1 week 1 week ago didn't change anything
• Herbal product which treats infection problems internally
• Yeast infection 150mg pill (i got really bad allergic reaction from that but it didn't heal the genital problem)
• Clotrimazole and hydrocortisone 1:1.12% cream on the red spot twice a day for a week
• One other natural cream
• Amoxicillin 875mg Clavulanic acid 125mg tablet (pp10)
