have this small flesh colored bumped on my scrotum. is it a wart? or something else. few side notes the tip of my penis feels cold, sometimes its red around the urethra sometimes its not. discomfort in both testicles, sometimes both at the same time, sometimes just one at a time.scrotum and anus both itch more than usual, but not constant. been tested for std. blood and urine, all negative. only been with 2 women in my life. one about 20 years ago, and my wife which we have been together almost 18 years. i did have these big cauliflower things cut off before when i was younger at my doctor. he never said what they where. i showed him and he was just like we can cut those off, and he did. can HPV lay dormant for that many years? wouldn't my wife of caught it from me? 3 month wait to get into any urologist around me.and Dr Google has my mind racing.
those cauliflower things are warts so if u have had them before u need to see your doctor to check if its a wart they are passed on via skin to skin contact you should abstain from sex and skin to skin contact until u know wat it is yes hpv can occur years down the line
