Yes, it is better and now I’m even more confident to say that these are probably warts. Get them examined by a doctor and get a treatment if confirmed.

No one can tell you 100% without physical examination. Besides that, even this photo is not perfect in terms of quality, but whatever can be seen - has features of genital warts.

I saw other pictures online. It is similar to genital warts. Does it mean I got HPV now?

Most likely, yes. Genital warts are caused by HPV. HPV is very common, very often it is harmless, but sometimes it causes warts. Warts on their own are not nice, but the real problem is with these HPV that might lead to cancer (there are many kinds of HPV). There is no need to freak out about it at this stage, but get them examined and treated.
