I noticed this about a year ago, at first I thought it was a mole or skin tag or something but lately I've been worrying that it could be a genital wart? I have had the HPV vaccine. I occasionally get little pimple like things that I can squeeze and stuff comes out of them, would they have been genital warts too?
Reading online it says warts can look like cauliflower clusters and I would say this definitely does look like that in texture. I'm also not sure if it's gotten bigger in the last year or if I'm just being paranoid.
