Hi, I noticed a few bumps near my vagina earlier this year my doc said they were skin tags (if only).. They spread more and got more irritated. I went to the GUM clinic last week and she said I had genital warts. I was shocked and upset, I feel like my life so over. I have never had any form of STI it's completely shocked and upset me. I feel like I can't come to terms with it, the thought of an infection forever!! I feel so angry.. I had them sprayed off and got given aldara cream. I had sex with my boyfriend 2 nights ago and I woke up yesterday in so much pain.. Sorry for TMI but when I wipe myself when I go the toilet, it's a sharp pain.. I'm really worried. Does anyone have anything similar or do they think sex caused it to get worse? Before I had sex I was coping fine.. 
So they look like skin tags? Have you looked down there to see what is irritated? Had you just used the cream? The cream will irritate the skin.
It is not over for you. My ex husband had warts and I got him him regardless of them and never got them. Once they clear up, you'll probably never have an OB again. Itstnot the end if the world. Most people think that way w herpes, which I got over a yr ago and it's not the end of the world
