Genital warts but not sure

hello, so ive been to the doctor a few weeks ago and the problem looked pretty similar to now except i have a few new bumps please could someone advise on the problem, and if you could explain how i could treat it. non of the sexual health services are open for anyone due to corona and my gp said i can only get a definite answer from there. thank you for your help in advance

well cant really do that bc my doctor biopsied my vagina and clipped that piece of yesterday

What did these turn out to be? I have something similar but I only have 3 of them.
