Genital warts or shaving cuts, please help!!!

hello i am just wondering if anyone could give me advice on the pictures below, i normally shave once a month and often cut myself creating spots or skin tags around my penis, today is the 16th of august and i shaved on the 8th so 8 days ago to be exact, two days ago i received oral sex while wearing a condom, i am just wondering if anyone can give me advice if these are cuts or if i need to go and be tested, they do not itch and are not sore in any way Any help / advice would be appreciated

most of them are were theres hair follicles defo not warts

usually occurs as the hair is growing back after shaving the hair follicles become inflamed

iv no idea try croping the photo down a bit see if that helps
