unprotected. I havent been tested in a few months but no itch or pain so i barely noticed these bumps at all

looks normal to me. Penises are weird man, there are a lot of harmless and normal bumps, spots, discoloration, etc. that happens on them.
I am not a doctor so my best advice: stop worrying and having destructive thoughts and go to your primary care doctor and get him to look.
