new flat lesion on scrotum. pretty flat cant really tell its there unless under specific lighting. whats going on here?

They are flat condyloma acuminata, but your question isn’t specific. Are there any on your penile shaft?

i don’t have any of these on the shaft at all. i had a couple very tiny bumps that have since gone away. primary care doc and 2 dermatologists said they were “definitely” not warts though…
