Please see the picture... Those small lump outside my anus seems to be growing
Do you have any symptoms such as pain or itchiness?
It's itchy sometimes. But on the inside. Itchiness is like for 2-3 seconds. Apart from that no other symptoms. Bdway I also have this burning sensation on my thighs and arms, not sure if it's because of this bumps or because of the hot humid weather. These bumps outside my anus have been there for likes 3 months now and it has grown in size a lil but has not spread to any other regions either that's why I'm very confused!

Have you considered Hemorrhoids? "Bumps," & "Itchiness" indicates something like that. Perhaps try hemorrhoid treatment such as Preparation H... if nothing else it will help with the itching.
Then observe for a while... see what happens. I don't see anything else.
