i had protected sex 6 months ago and a few says i noticed these bumps on my testicles.i have never paid attention to them but is genital hpv???please help i

ve been so depressed lately i cannot handle it anymore. is there a chance that this is just multiple epidermolytic acanthomas?

theres no warts there its just the hair follicles probably because u shave
