Thanks for helping me and looking at these pictures. These have appeared on my penile shaft. They are not painful in any way. I haven't had sex in around a month, but when I did it was unprotected. What do they look like to you? Warts?
Those could be warts, but I'm not sure. I'd get them checked out though if I were you. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

Thanks. I'm going to have them checked out as soon as I can but I can't get an appointment for a week so wanted some advice in the mean time. I will update this post when I have an answer.
