Doesn't looks like a wart.

there is any discharge from the bumps?

I think these are skin tags but I have 13 

And shape doesn’t look cauliflower

It can be Molluscum contagiosum.

See if your symptoms matches with it.

Warts can be in different shapes not necessarily cauliflower type but still yours doesn't look like wart.
