im pretty sure its warts, but would like a second opinion. i only noticed them a couple days ago, they havent changed since.
yes I would say these are warts. they are cauliflower shaped and clustered.

yep id say that a pretty heavy warts outbreak. get them sprayed to reduce spreading further.
