Genital warts

Hi! I was wondering if these bumps are genital warts. If they are, how can they possibly be removed from inner labia as there is so many of them? thank you!

Im a guy, so I might not be the most reliable but I don’t see any Genital Warts

agreed, those bumps look normal and not like warts.
