about two years ago I noticed two small, slightly raised spots on the shaft of my penis, close to the base. After thorough examination I determined they were both co-located with hair follicles. The condition stayed the same way for a long time. Within the last 3 months the bumps have multiplied and all have hair growing from them. They do however all have an irregular shape and a couple of them feel hard if I roll my skin back on itself between my fingers. As far as symptoms, I would say there are none, they just feel odd and the spread has me concerned
