I had sex with my ex in August, my vagina went all itchy and red and raw. I went to the doctors and they said it was thrush and I was given the canasten duo. It went away and the symptoms decreased dramatically. In mid November it came back worse than ever with little bumps. I was given a pill to take and it just hasn’t gone since. I went to an STI clinic and I haven’t even gotten the results??? The little bumps look like pimples and aren’t very big. Could it be herpes???
Post pics so other ladies can help you out. If the symptoms went away the first time then it's a good sign it's the same. Sometimes these fungus/bacteria don't go away that easy.
Another good sign was your doctor didn't think it was hsv. Try and relax and await IgG results.
I don't think so, without knowing what it looks like, they are probably no bigger than a pin head. Which suggestions it's thrush come back, thrush is a bacterial infection. Anti bacterial medication should fix it. Though since it's killing bacteria down there the chance of a yeast infection rises significantly. Would suggest you take ALL the meds the doctor prescribes, and it wouldn't hurt to use some PH balancing wipes after urinating as well.
