GERD or LPR?

Hello! So the first symptoms that I experienced were nausea caused by acid backing up into my esophagus, dysphagia (this never lasted for more than a week altogether, but it was recurrent and never severe), feeling of something stuck in my throat (like a lump), bitter taste in my mouth, heartburn, chest pain (though idk if this could be connected to acid reflux). Now, at about 10 months later, I have almost none of these symptoms. Now I experience a really bad sore throat after I eat, in the morning I feel like the back of my throat and my ears are burning, I occasionally get weird sensations of food passing through my ears when I swallow food and I have a lot of mucus in my throat (but this could be because of the cold I recently had).

So this left me wondering... is this GERD or LPR??? Is it possible that I had GERD and now I have LPR?

I'm sort of convinced that acid doesn't back up into my esophagus anymore because whenever I drove in a car or a bus before, acid would back up in my esophagus and make me feel very nauseous. I drove with a bus today and felt no nausea at all.

I forgot to mention, but the back of my tongue is whiter than it should be and I have a few lumps on the back of my tongue. I don’t get pain with them, they’re just kinda there. It’s most likely another symptom of acid backing up into my mouth.
