The simple answer is – We all do, although the dizzy part not so much. That feeling that something is “stuck” back there is a common symptom of LPR also known as silent reflux.

It is unlikely that it is food that is irritating your throat. There are a number of organs and glands in that area that can become inflamed for many reasons. I would suggest you have it checked out to determine the actual cause.
