Get told they are just fordyce spots somebody please help me what could it be

first 2 were taken back in april of 2020

this was mid september

and this was taken a few days ago

forgot to mention i got this ball thing 2 days ago but going down already also yesterday i had sex and in the beginning it felt like needles poking the inside of my vag and after sex my discharge smells no so good

it really just looks like fordyce spots ik its a lot and they can really annoying, i have a lot too, get checked to be on the safe side.
