Hi, I get anxious when thinking about going certain places , NOT that I fear going to different places , i start feeling anxious, fearing that I may have the anxious feelings getting there and being there! and hate how uncomfortable those feelings are
For those of you who have been on CIT for awhile, do you find that these anxious feeling go away eventually , where you no longer think about being anxious when thinking about going certain places? hope this makes sense. THANK you for your feedback
