I have been itching since March. I am not sure if things have just run their course, if it is the prednisone that has calmed the inflammatory process, or if it is the potassium iodide that the dermatologist prescribed. He said it was an old remedy that many doctors have used for GA. I was skeptical at first. I have taken it about a month and am finally getting results. He had said it would take about a month.
